Vibration Analysis
Vibration analysis is the quickest and most effective way to evaluate a machine's health. It is non-invasive and over 100 machines can be measured on a typical day.
Deterioration in a machine's condition is quickly recognisable and the frequency spectra can detect the specific type of machine fault such as unbalance, misalignment or bearing damage.
The vibration data, downloaded to a PC, forms an invaluable database on which to base maintenance decisions.
A vibration monitoring program begins with selecting the machines to be included. A database is created with vibration software. We will then take measurements at intervals (e.g. monthly or quarterly), analyse the vibration data and write a machinery health report with recommendations.
